Amelia Saul, PhD, CTRS, BCB, is a Board Certified Biofeedback (BCB) practitioner, Recreational Therapist, and researcher specializing in heart rate variability biofeedback and neurofeedback-based stress management interventions. Her work integrates scientific research with practical training techniques to help individuals improve resilience, focus, and overall well-being.
